Cider Cocktail Recipes
Not only is hard cider delicious on its own, it can be mixed into amazing cider cocktails. Below are a few examples. Please enjoy responsibly.

Cranicopia
Shake 1 Oz Sturgeon Spirits Cranberry Vodka and 1/4 Oz Amaretto with ice
Muddle with an orange
Top with 2-3 ounces of Cranberry Orange Zest Hard Cider
Garnish: Cranberries
Hopped Up Paloma
Rim: Salt and Sugar Mix
Ice
1 ounce Lalo tequila
Dash of lime juice
3/4-ounce simple syrup
2-3 ounces Grapefruit Hops Yo
Garnish: Grapefruit Slice
Lemongrass Ginger Old Fashioned
Muddle: Lemon Wedge & Few dashes of Orange Bitters
Ice
1 1/2 oz Bourbon or Brandy
Lemongrass Ginger Hard Cider
Garnish: Candied (or “crystalized”) Ginger
Raspberry Ice Tea w/ BACARDÍ Limón
Rim: Raspberry and Sugar
Muddle: Lemons and 1 oz simple syrup
Ice
1 oz BACARDÍ Limón Rum
2-3 ounces Raspberry Ice Tea Cider
Garnish: Raspberry
THE KOSH (Habanero Blackberry)
Rim: Blackberry Powder and Sugar
Ice
1 oz Sturgeon Spirits Blackberry Vodka
2-3 ounces THE KOSH Cider
Garnish: Blackberry
Gin Gin Jenny
2 ounces gin
5 ounces Lemongrass Ginger Hard Cider
¼ lime
Ice
Garnish: Candied (or “crystalized”) Ginger
Hard Cider Mimosa
Ingredients:
2/3 cup Sunken Paddle Heirloom Hard Cider
1/3 cup orange juice or less (normally pulp free, but you do you)
Pour cider and orange juice into a flute or champagne glass. Great with brunch.
Fun Fact: The mimosa is a variation of the ever-loved Buck’s Fizz cocktail, invented in 1921 at Buck’s Club in London. The ratio above is a nod to the original Buck’s Fizz cocktail.
