Making the best of it…
Friends since High School, Doug and Spencer started making hard cider after a trip to the West Coast. Once introduced to the depth and class of dry ciders, they decided the Fox Valley needed its own Urban Nano Cidery. Inspired by both traditional cider making techniques and a nod to the craft beers they love, they promise to always make the best of it!
Doug Post
Doug Post graduated from Fox Valley Technical College in 2015 earning two degrees; one in Culinary Arts and the other in Hospitality Management. He loves all things food and drink, so naturally he was drawn to wine making. Another passion he has is customer service and hopes to meet you soon.
Spencer Morse
Spencer Morse graduated from UW Oshkosh in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Economics Major and Investment Emphasis) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He loves kayaking, ice fishing and is a member of Oshkosh’s Society of Brewers. He has a passion for hard cider (especially if it’s not too sweet) and likes creating traditional and untraditional flavors like hops, cranberry, cherry, bourbon barrel aged, and even spicy ciders.
